30-day return window
You may return any unused and unopened Green Drain product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Installed or used Green Drains cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to start a return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team:
Include the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size, we're happy to help. Exchanges for unused items are accepted within the 30-day window. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost.
